Prior to joining GCMD, Tina spent more than 20 years with the multinational oil and gas corporation, ExxonMobil. There she held a variety of roles within the Asia Pacific fuels business - from managing loyalty programmes to retail station and card sales in Singapore, and pricing for the Thailand affiliate - giving her a good grounding in the business. Her five-year stint in the Corporate Learning Organisation built on her business knowledge to develop comprehensive learning needs and training curriculum across multiple functions and all levels of the organisation. She then worked alongside C-suite executives in her role as Communication Specialist developing internal communications & people engagement strategies for the AP business.
Tina received her Bachelor in Arts degree from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Philosophy and Mathematics.
