Nithila is an upcoming third-year chemical engineering and English language and linguistics double major student at the National University of Singapore. As an intern at GCMD, she assists with the creation of a route-based action plan to achieve the International Maritime Organization’s 2030 and 2050 goals. 

 

Her academic interests lie in alternative fuels and energy policy. She has also worked as a Student Research Assistant under the Department of Environmental Engineering, as a Communications Intern at the College of Design and Engineering's Outreach Office, and as a Resident Assistant, all at NUS
